Patricia S. Dogan is a Registered Social Worker, Belief Therapist, Licensed Minister and Musician. She is the Founder and Executive Director
of Singled Out Spa. Mrs. Dogan works as a teacher in the five-fold ministry and served as a former facilitator with Strengthening
The Family Program.
Mrs. Dogan
received her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Southern University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana and her board certification
as a Belief Therapist with Therapon Institute in Marrero, Louisiana. She is a member of the National Association of Social
Workers, Baton Rouge Literacy Coalition and Baton Rouge AIDS Society.
In 2011 Mrs. Dogan completed
a two-day HIV Prevention Counseling and Rapid Testing Training with the Louisiana Office of Public Health – HIV/AIDS
Program to administer testing for the HIV virus as well as counsel those whose lifestyle and behavior is high risk for HIV/AIDS. Prior to accepting her call, Mrs. Dogan put her life, dreams, ambitions and the ministry on pause to raise her children
until they reached an age of accountability. As a result, God has given her hinds feet (Psalm 18:33) and He has birth a ministry-business
to “give single ladies a license to live luxuriously”. Her favorite scripture is “what would it profit a
man to gain the whole world and lose his soul?’…Luke 9:25.
She is married and work closely in the ministry with her husband,
Minister Eddie L. Dogan, in the Evangelistic and HIV/AIDS Ministry as an Outreach Counselor. They have 7 children and 9 grandchildren.
In 2010, Mrs. Dogan and her husband agreed that it was time to return and complete the work at her home church, New Bethel
Baptist Church, Pastor Ahman Freeman.
